Mandatory NDIS Registration is coming.
Are you ready?

What's changing

  • From 1 July 2027, it's expected that ABN and independent support workers will need NDIS registration to keep providing daily living and high intensity personal care supports.
  • NDIS Registration isn't the same as an NDIS Worker Screening check. Independent and ABN support workers will need to decide if they obtain their own registration, or work under and existing NDIS registered provider like Hireup.
  • If you choose to obtain your own NDIS registration, it can cost around $15k+. There will be ongoing compliance and administration to maintain your status.
  • Mandatory training will also be required for support workers.

How Hireup has you covered

  • When you join Hireup, you will be covered by our NDIS registration, so you can continue booking clients and earning income, without taking on the registration process yourself.
  • If you have existing client relationships, you can easily transition your support arrangement to Hireup, ensuring your clients continuity of care under our NDIS registration.
  • We also provide paid mandatory training and take care of invoicing, insurance, super and tax.
